SHIPPING: Our Standard Shipping is either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, please note that UPS Ground cannot deliver to PO Boxes. In most instances we use USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping & Handling charge of $29.95 applies to orders shipping to countries outside of the United States. Any International orders that cost more than $29.95 due to weight, size of box and/or location will be charged actual cost and the order will be adjusted once it has shipped and the difference will be charged to your credit card. Please note that delivery of foreign orders may take up to 6 weeks since we cannot predict or control customs delays.
SALES TAX: 5.5% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the State of Wisconsin.
Returns:
BUBUTIME offers the guarantee that if you’re dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and return them to us with the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. We do not refund postage incurred for items returned to us. We do NOT issue credit card refunds - only exchanges and store credits.
Please note that Postage charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: When your new product is delivered please make every effort to inspect the product before taking full receipt from the shipping company. If the box shows significant signs of damage or you know that the product is damaged please refuse acceptance of the shipment and have the shipping company return the item to sender.
If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 3 days of receipt. This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise. Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement cost for damaged items. Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company.
RETURNING DAMAGED PRODUCTS: In the unlikely event your item is received damaged, contact customer service for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. We will arrange to have the product shipped back at our cost. No shipments will be accepted without the RMA, so please call before returning any merchandise.
EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item, the customer will have to pay the return shipping cost only. Credit will be given for 30 days from original purchase date. There may be a 25% restocking charge on all returns.
